The solution: Toast x three.
I love eating breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner... ok, I love eating. But, I don't always allow myself enough time to sit down and enjoy each bite which is why I have mastered a few go-to options for my early morning breakfasts.
I'm featuring three ways to keep your breakfast (the most important meal of the day) simple, fun and most importantly, delicious.
Ingredients: Toasted Gluten Free Bread, Fresh Radishes, Organic Eggs, Ripe Avocado, Hummus, Seasoning to Taste.
Peanut Butter and Fruit
Ingredients: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Fresh Strawberries and Bananas, Creamy Peanut Butter, Chia Seeds, Coconut Flakes
Ingredients: Framer's Market Rye Bread, Organic Cucumber and Tomato, Butter, La Bottega Classic Artigiana Cheese, Salt and Pepper
There's not much to these recipes. If you can replicate the pictures, you've done it right. If you didn't, maybe just stick with cereal! :)
